Two-Tone Ricotta Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Yellow smoothie
  • • ¼ cup ricotta
  • • 250 ml milk
  • • 15 ml Honey
  • • 1 banana
  • • 1 mango chunk
  • Pink Smoothie
  • • ¼ cup ricotta
  • • 250 ml milk
  • • 15 ml Honey
  • • 1 ½ cup berries

Two-Tone Ricotta Smoothie

Blend all ingredients separately according to each smoothie

Pour pink smoothie in 1/3 of the serving glass. Add the yellow smoothie slowly leaning the glass a little bit so that the yellow smoothie insert and lift up the pink smoothie. Garnish accordingly
