This means that we have full control over the selection and maintenance of the cows and the feed they are given, as well as over every stage of the milk processing and packaging process. No.

If there are sick cows, they may have to be treated with antibiotics, just like humans. However, milk produced from cows that are currently on medication will not be used for production.

The sugar content in milk is something that is found naturally and not something added. The sugar comes from the feed given to our cows.

No. Sugar on the nutrition table refers to lactose, which is a natural sugar or carbohydrate, which is contained in milk. Lactose provides additional energy for your daily activities.

We recommend consuming the milk within four days of opening the package.

We recommend starting to give fresh milk to children aged two years and over. However, because the condition of each child is different, you should consult with your pediatrician to determine whether your son/daughter who is under two years old is allowed to start consuming pasteurized milk.

We recommend that you warm the milk by placing the milk in a glass/bottle and then placing the glass/bottle into a bowl of hot water.

Homogenization is the process of breaking down fat globules to such a small size that they are suspended evenly in the milk and the fat does not separate and float to the surface.

Pasteurization is the process of heating food, which is usually a liquid, to a certain temperature and for a certain period of time, and then cooling it immediately. This process kills bacteria and slows food spoilage that can arise due to microbial growth in food.

Yes, pasteurized milk must be kept cold to maintain its freshness. The pasteurization process only kills pathogenic bacteria so storing it in cold temperatures will maintain the quality of the milk longer.

UHT milk must be stored at room temperature before opening and has a shelf life of nine months from the time it is produced. Once the packaging is opened, store the milk in the refrigerator and spend it within four days.

UHT milk is processed at high temperatures to kill microorganisms (bacteria) and packaged in multi-layer packaging to maintain the quality of the milk. There are no additives or preservatives in UHT milk.

There are many levels of lactose intolerance/lactose intolerance. If you have any doubts about this, please consult a doctor or nutritionist.

For people with diabetes and other chronic diseases, we recommend consulting a doctor to get information about optimal nutrition to consume.

Permeate is the technical term for the lactose, water, vitamins, and mineral components of milk produced by a separation process called ultra-filtration.

Milk brands from Australia and New Zealand that have been sold in Indonesia since late July 2012 do not carry the label 'permeate free' on their packaging. However, we cannot prove the content of other brands, but we can always confirm that Greenfields products do not contain permeate.

It is not known whether permeate is harmful for human consumption, but buying milk with permeate in it means you are not getting 100% of what you should be wanting – i.e. fresh milk.
