Green Ricotta Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pc Avocado
  • 10 pcs Basil leaves.
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 250 gr Ricotta cheese
  • 3 dinner spoon Lemon squeeze
  • 60 gr Parmesan grated
  • To season salt and pepper

Green Ricotta Dip

Mix in blender or food processor the avocado, basil, lemon zest and lemon squeeze.

Add ricotta and season with salt and pepper.

Pour into a serving bowl. Sprinkle with parmesan.

Serve with nachos, crudités, or as burrito’s feeling.
