Yellow smoothie

  • ¼ cup ricotta
  • 250 ml milk
  • 15 ml Honey
  • 1 banana
  • 1 mango chunk

 

Pink Smoothie

  • ¼ cup ricotta
  • 250 ml milk
  • 15 ml Honey
  • 1 ½ cup berries

 

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients separately according to each smoothie
  2. Pour pink smoothie in 1/3 of the serving glass. Add the yellow smoothie slowly leaning the glass a little bit so that the yellow smoothie insert and lift up the pink smoothie. Garnish accordingly
  3. Ready to serve
