Ingredients:

  • 1 pc Egg
  • 250 gr Greenfields Ricotta Cheese
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp nutmeg powder
  • 125 ml tomato sauce.
  • 20 gr fresh herbs
  • To season Salt and pepper

Method:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk the egg with ricotta, add flour, nutmeg powder, and seasoned.
  2. Form the dough into medium balls shapes. Bake at 170 degrees Celcius for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Serve with hot tomato sauce.
