Ingredients:

  • 1 pc Avocado
  • 10 pcs Basil leaves.
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 250 gr Ricotta cheese
  • 3 dinner spoon Lemon squeeze
  • 60 gr Parmesan grated
  • To season salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Mix in blender or food processor the avocado, basil, lemon zest and lemon squeeze.
  2. Add ricotta and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour into a serving bowl. Sprinkle with parmesan.
  4. Serve with nachos, crudités, or as burrito’s feeling.
