Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup plain flour
  • 2 eggs, lightly whisked
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 pack Greenfields Camembert Cheese 125gr, cut into eight wedges

 

Method:

  1. Place plain flour, breadcrumbs and eggs in 3 separate bowls
  2. Dip Greenfields Camembert Cheese wedge in the plain flour, then into the eggs mixture, lastly into bread crumbs
  3. Fry Greenfields Camembert Cheese wedges in hot oil then drain it
  4. Serve with cranberry sauce or pineapple passion fruit jam
