To obtain fresh milk with low bacteria content, Greenfields cows go through a stringent hygiene process before they are milked using an automatic milking system (Boumatic). The milk is immediately chilled through a Plate Heat Exchanger (PHE) and sent for processing via cooling stainless steel pipes, eliminating any chance of human contamination.
All Greenfields products are manufactured in the Company's ISO 22000 and HACCP certified factory in Mt. Gunung Kawi, Malang. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machines and operated by trained supervisors and operators. The fully automated and integrated processes of pasteurisation, sterilisation, and packing are controlled by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) which ensures zero-error operation flow.
In addition to the high standard of Quality Control and Quality Assurance discipline adapted from Australian and New Zealand milk processing factories, every Greenfields factory employee is also cultured by the Japanese 5-S Programme.
